A. We are located in Jakarta. However, we accept orders from all cities in Indonesia.

Q. What is Tsukiji's operating hours?
A. We are open Monday to Sunday from 10:00am to 5:00pm (GMT +7).
Q. Is there any minimum purchase order?
A. No, there is no minimum purchase order in Tsukiji.
Q. How to order from Tsukiji?
A. You can place orders for our products via our Instagram DM, Tokopedia, Shopee or Whatsapp at 08174991689.
Q. Is it possible to have same-day orders or place orders in advance?
A. Yes, it is possible, subject to our products availability.
SHIPMENT
Q. Do Tsukiji ship products to other cities other than Jakarta?
A. Yes, we accept orders and shipments from all cities in Indonesia. Please contact our admin for more information on this.
Q. How are Tsukiji's item packed?
A. Our products are shipped in a styrofoam box and bubble mailer with ice packs without any extra charges.
Q. How are Tsukiji's products shipped?
A. We have our own fleet of couriers that ships our products. Alternatively, you may opt to use third party couriers (Gojek/Grab) or pick-up at our warehouse. All shipments apart from pick-up are subject to additional charges.
Note: Free delivery with min. purchase of IDR 3 mio. Applicable to Jabodetabek area only.
Q. Would it be possible to arrange my own shipment/pick-up?
A. Yes, it is possible to arrange your own shipment/pick-up. Additional charges may apply.
PRODUCTS
Q. Where do Tsukiji's products come from?
A. Our products are imported daily from more than 10 countries, most notably from Japan, Norway, France and Italy.
Q. Are Tsukiji's products fresh or frozen?
A. Most products are mostly frozen except for Bafun Uni, Salmon and Caviar.
Q. How long can we store the products after purchase?
A. Frozen products can be stored up to 2 weeks in freezer and maximum 2 days for fresh Bafun Uni inside the chiller.
PAYMENT
Q. How to make payments?
A. You may transfer to our BCA account or by Tokopedia/Shopee.
Q. Do Tsukiji have any installment plans?
A. Yes. You may request our admin for installment plans via Tokopedia.
HOME OMAKASE & OMAKASE CAKE
Q. Can you ship to other cities?
A. Sorry, Home Omakase and Omakase Cake can only be shipped to Jakarta and Tangerang area.
Q. When should we order?
A. It is recommended to order H-3 to secure your slot. But as long as dates are still available, we are very welcome.
Q. How will the products be shipped?
A. For Home Omakase we ship using Gojek/Grab Bike Express, whereas for Omakase Cake we ship using Gojek/Grab Car Express.
PRIVATE DINING
Q. Where are Tsukiji's private dining located?
A. Our private dining is currently only available in our customer's own residence.
Q. How do we place private dining bookings?

Q. When do the chef usually arrive?
A. Our chef will arrive 3 hours before dining starts.
Q. Is it possible to order a customizable menu/item?
A. Yes, it is possible. For further queries, please contact our admin for more information.
Q. When should I book to secure private dining slot?
A. It is recommended to book H-7 to secure your slot. But as long as dates are still available, we are very welcome.
Q. Is there a minimum pax for private dining?
A. Minimum of 2 pax.
Q. Is there a minimum purchase order?
A. No, there is no minimum purchase order.
Q. How much does private dining usually cost?
A. Our private dining menu ranges from IDR 1.5 million up to IDR 2.5 million depending on the menu of choice and the number of pax.
Q. Is there any waitress provided for private dining?
A. Yes, there will be waitresses according to the number of pax. An additional IDR 300k is charged for additional waitress.
